Sidel offers 1SKIN: 100% recyclable label-free bottle 

Sidel has created 1SKIN, a fully recyclable bottle made entirely from recycled PET (rPET), developed to simplify recycling and lower carbon emissions. Designed for sensitive beverages such as juices, teas, and flavoured drinks, the label-free format eliminates the need for inks, adhesives, sleeves, or separate labels.

The bottle’s thermoformed embossment design allows it to enter the recycling stream as is, meeting higher regulatory standards and reducing raw material complexity. Produced with less material, 1SKIN contributes to a reduced carbon footprint without compromising performance.

1SKIN also offers design flexibility with options for customised fonts, textures, and visual effects created through light and shadow. Closures can be adapted to feature printed QR codes or barcodes for digital engagement.
