EUROPEN Response to the Call for Evidence on the SMEI

EUROPEN shares a paper complementing the association's reply to the questionnaire from a public consultation organised by the European Commission as part of its initiative to develop a Single Market Emergency Instrument (SMEI). The SMEI should strive to better coordinate the European response to emergencies threatening the functioning of the Internal Market and ensure complementarity with other EU crisis response mechanisms.
