Targeted at recent graduates with a master’s degree in fields like Engineering, Technology, Business, and Finance, the 24-month programme offers immersive, real-world experience in one of Huhtamaki’s global locations. Participants engage in two international job rotations, gaining exposure to different business areas, cultures, and teams. Whether contributing to product development, supply chain optimisation, or commercial strategy, graduates work on high-priority projects that address real industry challenges.
